Job Title:Housekeeper
The candidate for this post needs to be diligent, meticulous and work independently. The business has five letting bedrooms, on the first floor, which need to be cleaned, stripped and remade as required in time for hotel check-in at 13:00. Each room has an en-suite bathroom which must also be cleaned.Laundry is carried out on site and the candidate will need to ensure all linen is cleaned and dried during their shift. This candidate will also be required to carry out a small amount of cleaning in the downstairs bar before the business opens at noon.
Hours approx. 20 per week Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings.Salary will meet minimum wage requirements plus a share of tips.
Job Title:Cook
We are looking for a Cook to prepare delicious meals from our menu.You must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well prepared meals.You must be able to move around the kitchen and be apt in multi-tasking.
We are happy to train in the following skills or we are looking for experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques such as:
·Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
·Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
·Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
·Maintaining a pantry stock record
·Rotating stock items as per established procedures
·Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
·Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
·Ordering new ingredients as required

Job Title:Front of House
This role is to deliver excellent customer service and to make hungry and thirsty customers happy.
You will take food orders and relay them to the kitchen before serving the meals, communicating any special dietary requirements, sold out menu options and other special requests.You will fulfil drinks orders and take payments from customers, whilst ensuring the bar is clean and fully stocked.
You will need to provide the best possible experience to customers as they arrive, using charisma and professionalism, when checking customers into the hotel.
